Survey

We will survey your property and assess the best system to meet your needs given the area and orientation of the chosen site for your panels.  We will carry out a shade and, in the case of floor mounted systems, a ground condition assessment.

Calculations

We will then prepare a detailed design for your array and prepare an estimate for you.  The estimate will clearly demonstrate details of how much electricity your PV panels will generate, the amount of anticipated income you will receive and the pay back period for the system.

Planning

Once we have a design and cost agreed, we will complete all the necessary planning applications and ensure the proper authorisation has been obtained before any work is carried out.

Installation

Our highly trained installation team will arrive at your property and put up an access scaffold system to allow them to get on to your roof safely, easily and with the minimum of disruption to you.  They will complete the work on the roof of a typical house within one day, although this will vary for larger community and commercial properties.

Operation

The day after the panels are fitted, our skilled certified electricians will then connect your new PV system to the National Grid.  Upon completion we will prepare the paperwork to claim your Feed in Tariff; all you’ll need to do is sign it and send it off to your electricity supplier.

Aftercare

A PV panel system will last well beyond 25 years and is generally quite robust.  There are no moving parts, so break down is rare; however as all electronic and electrical systems can occasionally fail, we can provide extended warranties to ensure your peace of mind.  If an issue does arise you can contact us directly by telephone and our Service Engineer can be at your door within 48 hours.
